1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Denver Kickboxing and Fitness LLC DBA Denver Kickboxing and Fitness ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Minors under 18 may participate with written parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. Membership & Payment
Membership fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are outlined in your membership agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active members.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Participation in kickboxing, martial arts, and fitness activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury. By using our facilities and services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree to release Denver Kickboxing and Fitness LLC DBA Denver Kickboxing and Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained during participation.
5. Health & Safety
You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in our programs. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. You agree to inform our staff of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in classes.
6. Facility Rules
Members and guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions while on the premises. Proper athletic attire is required during all classes. Personal hygiene must be maintained, including trimmed nails and clean training gear. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates facility rules.
7. Class Scheduling & Cancellations
Class schedules are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of schedule changes in advance. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Code of Conduct
All members and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, and fellow members. Harassment, bullying, aggressive behavior, or any conduct deemed disruptive or dangerous will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this policy without refund.
9. Text Messaging & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Denver Kickboxing and Fitness LLC DBA Denver Kickboxing and Fitness related to class scheduling, intro session reminders, and gym updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply "N" to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10. Promotional Text Messaging
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Denver Kickboxing and Fitness LLC DBA Denver Kickboxing and Fitness that may include offers, promotions, and news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply N to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
11. Opt-Out & Support
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "N" to our messages. After you send "N", you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Denver Kickboxing and Fitness LLC DBA Denver Kickboxing and Fitness. If you wish to rejoin the messaging program, you may sign up again through the original opt-in method, and SMS messages will resume. 12. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
13. Message Frequency & Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You can expect to receive approximately 2–3 messages per week. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier directly.
14. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
15. Limitation of Liability
